Zakopmy nasze toporki wojenne i pokażmy sobie, jak bardzo jesteśmy dla siebie ważni... Życie umyka tak szybko :-(.
Dziś zastanawiam się nad tym, dlaczego granica między miłością a nienawiścią jest tak cieńka... Naszą wzajemną komunikacją rządzą emocje, które zaburzają całkowicie sens tego, co naprawdę chcieliśmy powiedzić i tego co usłyszeliśmy od drugiej osoby. Pojęcie asertywności często jest nadużywane w kontekście powiedzenia "nie", rozmowa staje się agresywna i przestają istnieć rzeczowe argumenty oraz chęć wysłuchania siebie nawzajem.. Emocje biorą nas w swoje władanie i pozostajemy już tylko ich marionetkami...
